YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW HOW MANY COLORS ARE IN YOUR DESIGN(S),

AND THE LOCATION(S) THEY WILL BE PRINTED.

Add all the screens/colors up on all locations to be printed and multipy by 20.

Then divide by the number of shirts in your order. This is setup cost per shirt.

Add print price from pricing scale for each location to be printed on the Item. (using quantity and colors from setup).

Add cost of Item to be printed. ( Reg. Tees cost is $4.00 each. Hoods add $15.00. Pockets, Long Sleeved, add $4.00 each.)

2XL sizes are $2, 3XL are $3, 4XL and 5XL are $4 extra each.

Hooded adds $15 each. $10 each for crew-neck

= price per shirt including setup cost.

SAMPLE QUOTE FOR 40 LONG SLEEVED T-SHIRTS

WITH A 4 COLOR (FRONT) AND A 1 COLOR (BACK):

1. add up all colors in your imprint on each location (front, back or sleeve) and multiply by $20 (5x20=100).

2. Divide by total shirts (40 )=$2.50. This is your setup cost per shirt. Use this figure below in step 2.

1. add cost from pricing scale for each location. Front 4 color ($3.45) + Back 1 color($1.70)=$5.15

2. add the setup cost and the printing price to get the price per Item. (2.50+5.15=$7.65)

3. add the base price for a short sleeved Tee ($4.00 + 7.65 = $11.65) each.

4. add the additional cost for Long Sleeves ($4.00 +11.65 = $15.65) each.

5. 40 x 15.65 = $626.00 total. Does not include XXL+ sizes or tax.

• XXL or larger sizes or other fleece items are additional as well.

Yes, you can...but It's not as simple as most would think. If I still have the screens, it can help. If I don't, I will need to remake the screens and charge an additional setup fee.
